The WRCTC delivers relevant, operational level training to State and Federal
law enforcement in support of national priorities, and serves as an enabling
force multiplier in the narcotics, and global threat reduction efforts.
Full Spectrum Planning
Full Spectrum Planning is taught by military service members who have extensive experience in
planning and decision-making in both tactical and garrison environments. At the completion of
training, students will understand and apply both time-constrained and deliberate planning
methods. WRCTC instructors will guide students through the development of Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs), Troop Leading Procedures (TLPs), the Military Decision Making
Process (MDMP), and Concept of Operations (CONOPS). Instructors will explain concepts,
provide templates, and help students build planning products that are relevant and useful for their
specific areas of operations.
Target Audience: Entry level officers and mid-level leaders who have not yet taken a planning course.
PREREQUISITES: To be determined by receiving agency.
